It is an important topic because it is an unrealistic expectation to think that anyone could leave their loss behind them without integrating the lessons and love that you have in your heart, into your life going forward. People often have fears around healing, for fear that they are leaving their loved ones behind, but it is not the case at all. Healing is about integrating the loss into your heart and your life.
