My Story
My journey has been filled with challenges, but each one deepened my understanding of resilience and overcoming adversity.
Growing up with alcoholic parents, I faced instability and trauma throughout my childhood and twenties. Determined to build a better future, I pressed forward despite these difficulties.
Adulthood brought more trials—multiple miscarriages while starting a family, an abusive marriage, and a financially draining divorce. Shortly after, I experienced the devastating loss of my 8-year-old daughter, Rachel. This profound grief, along with leaving my corporate career, caused both emotional and financial strain.
Ten years later, my former husband died by suicide, adding another deep loss, as I supported my 16-year-old son through his grief and his diagnosed depression and anxiety. Along the way, I battled depression, faced two unfounded lawsuits, suffered a traumatic brain injury, and took on the role of caregiver for a parent with dementia.
Through it all, I found strength and learned to embrace the growth that comes with life’s hardest moments.
Now, I use these experiences to help professional women navigate their own challenges. I understand how overwhelming life can feel, but I also know how to regain control, find balance, and thrive. I'm here to guide you on your journey toward resilience and success.
